Agreement

When you book an event with Pop & Bash, you're entering into an agreement with us. A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking, and the remaining balance is due at least 7 days prior to your event date.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable. This allows us to reserve your date and begin planning.
• If you cancel more than 7 days before your event, you'll receive a 50% refund of the remaining balance (excluding deposit).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Life happens, and we'll do our best to accommodate!

• Notify us at least 7 days in advance.
• Your deposit can be applied toward a new date within 6 months, subject to availability.

Set-Up & Removal

We handle delivery, setup, and breakdown of our décor. Please ensure the event space is ready and accessible at the agreed-upon time. Any delays due to restricted access or wait times may result in additional fees.

Outdoor Events & Weather Policy

We love outdoor parties, but weather can be unpredictable. For any décor set up outside:

• You must provide a backup indoor option.
• Pop & Bash is not responsible for décor damaged by wind, rain, heat, or other weather conditions.
• Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related cancellations.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the safety and care of our rented décor during your event. This includes keeping items away from sharp objects, pets, and unsupervised children. Any damage, theft, or loss may result in replacement charges.

Photography & Marketing

We're proud of our work and love sharing it! By booking with us, you grant Pop & Bash permission to photograph décor and use those images in our portfolio, website, and social media, unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

Limitations of Liability

While we take every precaution to create safe and beautiful setups, Pop & Bash is not liable for:

• Injuries or accidents involving décor once setup is complete.
• Property damage that may occur during or after the event. We recommend guests (especially children) enjoy the décor safely and under supervision.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
